There is a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations done in the 24 hour frame and arrivals cancelled past the 10 minute grace period. No call/No Shows will be charged 50% of the service booked no-exceptions. Cancellation fee must be paid the day of the cancellation prior to further booking and/or to avoid future appointments being cancelled. Failure to pay and/or No-shows may result in a ban from Ferrei LLC. Payment must be rendered at the end of the service. Extra company and children are not permitted. Please text on arrival. All sales are final after services have been rendered. Please contact within the 48 hour grace period for any concerns of fallout following initial appointment. After the given hour grace period, you will be financially responsible. Foreign fills are not accepted. Removal of foreign work is on the house when booked with a full set. Please come in with no makeup/and or moisturizer and clean lashes. Failure to do so may result in retention issues and complications with the tape. A cleaning fee may be charged for additional cleaning. Please avoid contacts, caffeine, and/or low buns/ponytails. No phones allowed during lash services. Prices for mini fills are considered 60% full and done no later than 10 days after the initial appointment. 2-3 week fills must be 40% or more full. Anything less than 40% is considered a full set.
